This is extremely rare. It means odours are being produced faster than the product can absorb them. Simply use additional mats or pads and then reduce the number as odour comes under control.
Unopened product has a shelf life of up to
36 months, depending on the product. We recommend using the product within
three months of opening. Once opened, ensure packaging is resealed correctly
and stored in the original packaging provided. Store sealed in a cool, dry
place out of direct sunlight.
